Don’t Forget to Take Time to Reflect: 5 Ways You Can Reflect on Your Organizing Progress

As you take on or tackle the up hill challenge of getting your home and life organized, don’t forget to take time to reflect.
The decluttering and organizing process can be a lot of work and time consuming especially when you are just getting started. And if you are taking on the challenge with little ones by your side at all times, then you really are not leaving yourself with a whole lot of time to reflect.

Here are 5 ways you can reflect on your organizing progress:

1) Take before and after pictures.

2) Have a good friend drop in to see your progress.
3) Check your goals that you already planned out to see how much progress you’ve made.

4) Sit and relax in a room that you are either finished organizing or are almost finished with and see how much you have accomplished so far.
5) Make sure that when you set your goals that you made rewards for accomplishments, and then make sure that you
actually reward yourself. This is very satisfying and gives you something to look forward to.

Remember organizing and decluttering are a lot of work but it should also be very rewarding to you and your family.
