Organizing Item of the Week – April 16th

Okay, this week’s “Organizing Item of the Week” is a little different but I will explain why.

This week we are going to be talking all about Frustration.

It’s not going to be as rough as it seems and actually we will use it for our benefit instead. Frustration is the first step up to being organized. Yes, it might seem strange and of course a little frustrating that we have to face our frustrations head on but, in the end you will get use to using frustration. Who knows it just might become your best signal that something just simply needs to be changed.

We will view frustration kind of like the body views pain. Pain lets us know when something in our body is not quite right and should not be viewed as a bad thing but a helpful tool that notifies us to change ourselves for the better.

So this week’s “Organizing Item of the Week” is to help you relax before we start facing our frustrations and to relax after we are finished just because it’s not as bad as it seemed.

This is going to be a fun week even though it sounds cruel and mean you just might even get a few laughs out of the whole thing.

Also I would really like to know and for you to share what helps you to relax on frustrating days.
